2. Editorial integrity
All reviews are independently authored. Restaurants, hotels, and producers do not pay for coverage. Hospitality received during reporting is disclosed within each article when material.
3. Membership
Memberships are billed annually at the tier you select (Wanderer through Sovereign Table). Tiers, benefits, and pricing may change with 60 days' notice. Refunds are issued pro-rata within 14 days of charge if no premium article has been opened.
4. Acceptable use
You may read, save, and quote (with attribution) up to 250 words per essay. You may not scrape, redistribute, train AI models on, or republish full essays without written permission.
5. Forum conduct
The community forum requires courtesy, accuracy, and good faith. No harassment, slurs, doxxing, spam, or commercial solicitation. Moderators may remove content and suspend accounts at their discretion.
6. User content
By posting in the forum or sending correspondence, you grant BINA 369 a non-exclusive license to display, edit for length and clarity, and quote your contributions. You retain ownership.
7. Intellectual property
All essays, images, taxonomies (including the 369 Palate Index and the Tree of Taste), and brand marks are © BINA 369. Sacred Hebrew phrases are used reverently and remain in the public domain of tradition.
8. Disclaimers
Travel intelligence ages. Verify visas, kashrut certifications, opening hours, and safety conditions before traveling. BINA 369 is not liable for outcomes of travel, dining, or correspondence undertaken on the basis of published material.
9. Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, with venue in Jerusalem, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your jurisdiction.
