1. Who we are

BINA 369 is an independent editorial publication. We publish food criticism, travel writing, and esoteric scholarship, and we offer paid memberships for access to long-form essays and member-only correspondence.

2. What we collect

Account email and display name when you sign up. Payment metadata (never card numbers) when you subscribe to a tier. Contact-form submissions when you write to the editorial desk. Standard server logs (IP, user agent, timestamps) for security and abuse prevention.

3. Why we collect it

To operate the site, authenticate members, deliver paid content, respond to correspondence, and protect the publication from abuse. We do not sell personal data.

4. How long we keep it

Member accounts: for the life of the membership plus 24 months. Contact messages: 24 months. Server logs: 90 days. You can request earlier deletion at any time.

5. Cookies & analytics

We use a minimal first-party session cookie for authentication, and aggregate, privacy-respecting analytics to understand which essays are read. No third-party advertising trackers.

6. Sharing

We share data only with infrastructure providers (hosting, database, payment processing) bound by data-processing agreements. We will disclose information when legally compelled.

7. Your rights

Access, correct, export, or delete your data by writing to privacy@bina369.com. EU and California residents have additional rights under GDPR and CCPA, which we honor regardless of location.

8. Changes
